How Do We Charge?

Most homes/offices come at a flat rate based on several conditions. We will review level of cleaning needed, size of home and what type of frequency agreed upon.

Call us to discuss a free walkthrough and proposal for your home or office. In order for us to have an accurate price, we will need to physically see the space where we will be cleaning. We are fully licensed, insured and bonded.

How Do We Serve?

All interior rooms will be cleaned in a precise, timely manner. This includes appliances, counters, floors, toilets, showers, tubs, doors, handles, mirrors, art, furniture, electronics, walls, and much more. We offer a rotation cleaning service to save you a few bucks. We understand that everything doesn’t need to be cleaned every time but we will will upon your request. We are not a maid service.

Rotation Service:

·         Rotation 1 will involve high dusting of ceiling corners/edges, high fixtures and vents.

·         Rotation 2 will involve door and window trim dusting/wiping, blind dusting and door dusting/spot checks.

·         Rotation 3 will involve baseboard dusting/spot checks, vent dusting/wiping and low cabinet dusting.

Rotation services are rotated every visit starting with Rotation 1. Rotation services can be opted out for a 10% fee increase.

We specialize in routine cleaning services. We also offer one-time, move in, and move out cleaning services. We also offer separate services for windows, walls and appliance deep cleans. Cabinets dull? We may be able to help!
